Creative Direction for Mai Lee – Shooting
For the shoot with Mai Lee, the challenge was to go beyond the simple image of an influencer and project her into a fashion universe, capable of revealing her multiple facets and establishing her as a true visual figure.
The artistic direction was inspired by the symbolic universe of the doll, seen as a miniature mirror of our humanity. More than a toy, it becomes a projection of the self — a narrative and emotional tool that reflects dreams, hopes, and sometimes vulnerabilities. This metaphor allowed us to build a visual story in which Mai Lee embodies different dimensions of her personality, oscillating between softness, strength, and modernity.
The goal was also to strengthen her talent as a model through this shoot and anchor her within a more high-end aesthetic, bringing her a touch of luxury that consolidates her image.
